Ruth Baer, PhD, is professor of clinical psychology at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, where she conducts research on mindfulness and teaches mindfulness-based treatments. Very cool book. It has good insight into things like rumination and positive and negative emotions with many mindfulness exercises for these challenges. I enjoy the examples personal stories of when someone has difficult thoughts or emotion and then how they would use mindfulness in that situation. Very helpful, and something that I will share with others!
